HOW TO KEEP FOCUS


Hey there, in this article I'm going to tell you how to keep focused. In every work work, almost all of us get distracted by various things. So, here is the solution for all these problems.

1. TURN OFF YOUR PHONE.

As you may have known that this is the biggest distraction of all times. So, keeping it off can make you think less about it.
You can also plug it to the charger.

2. SET A PRECISED GOAL.

Setting up goals can make our brain think in just one direction. So make sure that every time you do something, there should be a note written on your study.

3. WORK IN BLOCKS.

Working in blocks of 15 to 40 minutes of each task can increase your productivity and your brain will think about clearing the task of that particular block instead of that whole work.

4. TAKE BREAKS AFTER EACH BLOCK.

Taking break becomes essential in order to stay focused because it will refresh your mind and in next block it'll work with full potential.

5. EAT HEALTHY.

When it comes to brain health, eating healthy is a great must. Whatever we eat, is acquired by each part of your body, also our brain. So eat healthy and stay refreshed.
